2) Understandable planning and strategic information
3) WBS or System Elements Big Tree Table, Maybe some kind of Gantt Chart
4) Risks description and responsibility agreements
5) Understandable Product Structure and deep documented all complex and important parts for improve team involvement
6) Postive communications with documenting or video recording
7) Good QA and Product Management with fast feedback and constructive communications
I think this seven elements are most important in any IT project or product management
